Order an item lunchtime and tried for same day delivery. Not available to went for next day 7 to10 am slot. 10oclock came and went still no delivery, email, ping, meggage, phone call nothing. Contacted on live chat and told it'll be delivered AFTER 7pm. So the 7 to 10 pm slot which is totally unacceptable to me, will not be in any event. Attitude was well that's it take it or leave it! I chose to cancel and to add insult to injury it'll take SEVEN DAYS to refund my money which they manage to take immediately! Absolutely furious, I shall take my business elsewhere in future, Argos, you can do one
