I placed an order online for some doors. Delivery date given, money taken, and confirmation email received. More than 24 hours later I get a text message saying my order was cancelled due to a pricing error. The money would be back on my card within 5 working days. Not even a respectful courtesy call.
I called to complain and got hung up on several times after waiting for ages, even before I could even put my point across.
When I finally spoke to somebody who bothered to take the time to listen, I was told I would get a priority call from a manager within 4 hours. Needless to say, it never happened.
Disgusting customer service. Won't bother buying from them again, and I intend posting their antics over social media, to which I have plenty of clout.
Big mistake Argos!
