Ordered 4 items from argos on line a washing machine a fridge a shed and a bbq. The bbq and shed we had to wait weeks for a delivery date and
The tied in with the fridge and washing machine.. Git a call the night before delivery to say fridge w/machine and shed are out stock and cant be delivered till at least the following week. Had to cancel order and offered £10 voucher. Whoop!!
Now on a sat get a call to say the bbq which has changed delivery twice already is now out of stock!
Guess what another voucher on its way FFS! There is no complaints escalation process of any description.
