Placed an order with Argos Direct for a Samsung fridge/freezer and was told we would receive it in 5 days.
After many phone calls by me and visits to the store we were eventually give a lead time of 5 weeks after placing my order.
It was suggested in the end that I would eb better off selecting an alternative unit.
The alternative unti was over £100.00 more than the original.
All I was offered was £50.00 as a gesture of good will.
This comes nowhere close to putting right the distress and upset I have experienced during this issue. I am also out of pocket as I had to take time off work to try to resolve this mess and also the phone calls and fuel used going back and forth to the store.
