I have just waited all morning day evening for my laptop , called the helpline , who couldn't understand my postcode
This is my only day off all week totally wasted waiting then Calling their 0845 number
No il never use them again

Well don't order from a company's that don't give specific times argos clearly give there delivey time SLOTS online, in the catalogue and the friendly staff also advise.

I do know that , something went wrong with their courier , they had my phone number , I wasted all my only day off
plus I still haven't received my money back
Plus I have been cut off their call " helpline"
Passed to diffeant departments
When I called that day of the delivery I asked if my laptop was on the van she went to check and the phone went dead
No call back
I don't mind there's no time slot , what I'm getting at is the service and no HELP what so ever , I was told my refund went through on the 4 th of dec , now I'm told its the 10 th of dec and 7 working days , it's really shocking

Still no REFUND
After being lied too about getting my refund on the 4 th
Then it was the 10 th
Will be going to my bank soon to see if they can sort these ..........out
