I decided to order a new bed from Argos, The one i chose could have been picked up in store but as i have no access to Transport and the package was too big for me to carry, I decided to have it delivered the next day, The problem i found was that the company that they use for delivery only offer all day delivery slots (07:00 to 1800), which i don't like due to the fact i get quite anxious waiting for them to arrive.
Delivery day came by 11:00 no sign of the delivery, to pass the time i looked at some of the reviews of Argos delivery and really got freaked out by what people said, needn't have worried as the delivery arrived at 14:30 which i thought was a bit late but in the time scale agreed.
The bed was fairly easy to assemble,apart from a couple of sections, all pieces were in the package.
Found the website easy to navigate and the delivery driver was quite polite, and am satisfied with the product.
would use them again although i wish they would give you the choice of AM/PM delivery slots.
