I ordered a sandpit and 3 bags of sand on Monday 30 July. It was delivered today (1 August), well within their time parameter. One of the bags was slightly ripped, and a little (not much) of the sand had fallen out en route. I emailed Argos customer services at around 7.30pm. At around 8.40pm I had a missed called and a voicemail from Argos, followed immediately by an email to inform me that a new bag of sand had been ordered for me and will be delivered on Friday 3 August. I'm incredibly impressed by the speed of their reply, and the resolution of the issue.
