I have previously wrote a review about this subject, so this is just a quick summary of it all.
Ordered a Warwick kingsize bed in white on 13th April, was told latest delivery would be 16th May.
It got to 16th May, was then told 4th June.
Got to 4th June, then told 4th July - i then cancelled at this point.
We spent a week sleeping on the sofa, by the time 16th May came i had to fight very hard to get the mattress delivered (which they had had in stock for the entire time) so we have now spent almost a month sleeping with a mattress on the floor, its ok for a week but now we are really fed up!
So anyway, cancelled the order and had to spend a while trying to get a decent enough refund as the order wasnt so straight forward - 15% off mattress when bought with a bed then £100 off for spending over £400. Anyway i managed to get an extra £25 back ontop of my refund but im still not really happy about it.
What im most annoyed about is the fact they kept promising me it would be in stock and delivered on time...and for the past 2months they have still been taking orders for that bed, even though its not in stock and they dont know when it will be in, this is really bad and i will be contacting watchdog about that fact.
Basically just dont order any large items for delivery, because they wont turn up on time!
