TOLD OVER 3 DELIVERY DATES
FIRST EXCUSE ERROR ON SYSTEM AND WASN'T BOOK IN
SECOND DATE EXCUSE WAS A DELAY (eventhough it delayed i don't think it would take over 2 months to rectify)
THIRD WAS A PROBLEM WITH DELIVERY VAN
Bare in i've already waited 2 months for this bed and mattress to come to then be told at the very last minute that it isn't expected to arrive :O i was absolutely fuming anyways i ask when is your next available date according to the lady it would be another two months later i was like are you serious as at time i just thought it was some kind of joke which it wasn't by this point i just ask for a full refund which was accepted.After a week of waiting no refund has been debited into my account. Phoned up customer service explained my issue it seems full of excuses so i ask that i spoke to a manager which was a little hassel getting but did in the end ,she called back saying i wasn't refunded and there was a problem with the system and my money should be in by this friday.Finger crossed it is
If you buy anything online from argos please use paypal atleast you'll be refunded alot quicker if a problem arise.I once ordered a xbox off there which seem to arrived fairly quick, when i come to think of it i did use the paypal method so they hardly had any choice but not to mess me around.btw i was debited for two xboxes and recieve two which i had to return to a local store but was refunded the amount there and then lucky enough around that time i was still on a under 18 account so overdraft don't exist plus i did have the funds but if i didn't i could of faced a hefty £50 overdraft charge.
