First time I ordered, from the UK because they had a super deal for the Fossils, my order got lost at the post office. I contacted customer support by email and not only did they answer in less than 30 minutes, but they were super nice, they shipped a whole new pair of items by express courier, free of charge. Impressed by how polite, sweet and efficient they were.
