I have ordered a few things from Amazon over the past 18 months or so and always found their service excellent.

Delivery is always fast even with the free delivery service, and the products always as described.

Prices are good, not always the best, but always good.

The one time I have had an issue was with a delivery of books being left out in the rain by the delivery company. Amazon's return policy is excellent. No quibble, no fuss, they even sent out replacement before I had posted the damaged ones back.

The only negative I can think of is it can be a little bit confusing how they work with different sellers and how some are fulfilled by Amazon and some not. I guess this affects the returns, but im yet to have a bad experience with them.
