Bought a phone from them. Never turned up. Chased. Chased. Chased. Eventually they gave up and sent another one.

Chased. Chased. Finally turns up.

A week later, the original phone was dropped on my doorstep. No card. No proof of delivery, just a £400 phone sitting there.

Emailed amazon. did they care. No they didn't. Still haven't picked up this second phone yet either.
