I have used Amazon for years now and nothing bad has ever happened. The products often come well packaged (Most occasions) and usually before the estimated delivery time. One item even arrived the next morning after delivering it the night before. There's so many decent products that happen to be a lot cheaper then buying elsewhere, especially when the item is eligible for free delivery. One item I bought was an Elizabeth Arden set which cost around £29.99, elsewhere it was at least over £50 for the exact same thing.
I brought my family loads of usual and amazing Christmas and Birthday presents, and they have loved them.

The website is so easy to navigate too and when you sign up, placing an order is like 'click and go', so fast that it takes less then a minute.

Obviously before buying I always check the reviews and the sellers profile. Maybe that's why some people are disappointed, it's because they never check.
