I've been shopping with Amazon for years. Unlike so many other on-line shops, they really understand that on-line shopping is a different concept to high street shopping. When you buy from a web site for the first time, you have no idea who's on the other side, so you are taking a leap of faith. Amazon understands this and from the very start have made sure customers have a great shopping experience with them, which is why so many customers go back and buy more.

I've had a few hiccups with some orders which were sorted out with no fuss or bother. Amazon have set the standard for on-line shopping that many other sites fail to meet by a long way.
