Completely unacceptable customer service.

Good luck if you use their pre-order service on a non-mainstream item. If they realise they've under-priced it isn't a case of you getting a good deal - instead they mess around not shipping it for weeks and then cancel (despite still selling the item on their site).

I'm now well out of pocket and could have bought it elsewhere for less (but they have also increased prices). I chose Amazon because they are supposedly respectable (and I had been happy with them in the past). Turns out I was lucky in the past and they are no better or more consumer centric than any other company.
