Since I have been shopping on the Amazon website, I am very satisfied with all of my purchases. I never had to give any of my things back. I buy every member of my family and friends for myself. I like how I can zoom in and see images from all sides of the object I'm buying. If I am really going to make the purchase, this helps so well with decision making. Product definition as well. I like the way I can track my things when they are in transit. The ease of online shopping is the greatest. By shopping online on Amazon, you can get just about anything. The opportunity to pick up my package at places closest to me is perfect. Also, I really love Amazon Prime.

Have ordered Samsung parts with amazon several times over the last years. Their assortment is complete and their website is easy to use and informative. They always deliver exactly what you order and their delivery is always very fast. Thumbs up!

“Do not use”

This is about Amazon in Spain. Ordered a clothes dryer from them. Their supplier is in the UK. Amazon took the money from my credit card. A month later no goods. I had to phone (1) the supplier (2) two transport companies on several occasions. Ultimately I discovered the goods had never left the UK because the carrier didn't want the job. Casually the supplier agreed to refund against the card. AMAZON SPAIN DO NOT WANT TO KNOW COMPLAINTS!!!!!
