Incredibly exasperating - before lovefilm took over sofa cinema it was a good service: now they dont send films out, there are problems booking them and i seem to spend as much time trying to get help as I do watching the movies. And the rumours that they dont get new films promptly (so that you buy them from Amazon) are convincing: sofa cinema never seemed to have such a long lead in until they got taken over by lovefilm. It is a shame but I would really advise anyone to check out the competition rather than go with this lot. BTW, this is the mail out service - the online service is non-starter if your broad band isn't that good to start with.

Oh - and to cap it all they turn off the contact number 10 mins before the advertised close time!
