Well, I was talked into a free 3-month trial so I thought why not give it a go. On only my second return though, did a problem occur. I sent back 2 DS games in the same envelope, only for them to register only ONE had been returned. I contacted them about this and got a very snotty reply saying that because the game had gone missing, they would 'now be monitoring my account' and if it happens again, they will close it down! Nice. I then politely replied saying how come you have received the other game then, told them they should look at their light-fingered staff instead and finished by saying I would be cancelling my membership. I just didn't like their initial reaction - insinuating I was lying.

ADVICE FOR ANYONE USING THEIR SERVICE: ALWAYS get proof of postage from the Post Office!
