Was with them for years until recently.

Out of all the DVD rental services I've tried they are the best.

They regularly send new releases at the top of list.
Their top ticket service is useful sometimes as well. If a film has a top ticket icon next to it you can click it and they will send it you straight away even if you haven't sent your other disc back yet.

The turn around is fast most of the time although they do seem to slow down sometimes, usually near bank holidays like easter.

They also let you get rentals from their stores for half price which is a bonus if you still go to the video shop occasionally.

The bad points are they don't have a streaming service and you have to phone to cancel.

I recently cancelled due to lack of streaming but thankfully the woman on the phone was friendly and didn't try to pressure me to stay like some other firms do.
