" attempting to allocate stock" for 4 days ? Why when I had 31 films in my list ? somtimes very fast ? dont send films back on a friday seem to take ages.customer service
When I filled out the on line form on the USA site and asked for a direct email address for your UK head quarters although they could not help me I got a reply within one hour ? never had reply fro uk site ? . I sent letter to uk head office two weeks nothing customer service what customer service film sent on "Processing" what does that mean?.There WEB Site
What is wrong th web site when you select General Enquiry from Topic drop down list ( which is in the list 4 times ) does it jump to anything but ? please fix very frustrating ! (I am using windows 7 explorer 9 and windows XP explorer 8 ) When I press submit your contact us form why does it say .
