Been with Bockbuster on-line for 3 months at first the service was good but recently its gone downhill, instead of going into details, I will just say that if you want a problem dealt with and email them ,Don't expect a response!!!!!
The Customer service team is a joke , I've not attempted to phone yet but all the emails I have sent have not got a response seems you have to ring an 0845 number to deal with them!
At least with Blockbusters main rival you get A+ customer service.
On top of that Since I joined I have not had a number 1 priority film sent to me and the top ticket system is flawed.
In any company ,Customer service is key without that there is only one way the company will head and that's down!
You have been warned.

Totally agree with you, terrible customer service who acknowledge your question/complaint via e mail but never reply after they say the will
