I have been a Blockbuster customer for 6 months now. I started with a month's 2 unlimited DVD free trial but switched to a 2 DVD a month deal as it suited me better. I am confused by all these negative reviews. My experience is excellent - I usually receive a new disc two days after posting ie their turnaround is one day. And unlike Lovefilm I usually get my number one choice which is normally a brand new, just released film. When I was with Lovefilm, who are ok I have to say, I usually had to wait months to get a new release plus I remember they didn't have a lot of films like Green Zone for example. Blockbuster have everything I want to see. I haven't had any problems at all with them - even when a disc I posted back got lost, they were fine ( I just had to fill in a PO form). As a family we have really enjoyed being members of Blockbuster. (PS I have also tried Cinema Paradiso DVD rental who were absolutely dire - ended my paid for 6 month membership early because they were so bad!)
