I visited the shop today for the first time - 5 people serving behind the counter. A few customers in the shop - I waited and waited and eventually someone asked if I needed any help - I was looking for a Revell model but wasn't quite sure of the model number (after all this is a model shop) I was thinking that maybe they would have a catalogue or internet access to check the model number - that's what thinking done for me! I was told the revel models are over there on the left - I looked for but couldn't find what I was looking for - I turned around to speak to the shop assistant and he was gone!!!!!! great customer service - no help whatsoever - I have 2 sons who love making models (potential customers of the future!!!!) I think its because I am a woman and don't fall into their 30 something bloke interested in remote control models - as one of them were driving a car round the shop!!!! was going to spend quite a bit of money in here but just going on the internet now - STAY CLEAR IF YOUR ARE A WOMAN - THEY JUST AREN'T INTERESTED IN HELPING YOU !!!!"!!!

Sorry you did not have a pleasant experience. We have had a model store for over 40 years and do pride ourselves on a good customer service. So when we recently saw this review we were very disappointed. We do value all our customers especially in your case when you were looking for your sons, who as you say may well have been future customers. Hopefully you will give us another chance.
