Worst company ever ... Ordered a sewing machine online on 13 June 2014 ... Didn't receive the machine until almost a month later and then when it did arrive it looked second hand with a box dating 2012 and a tatty manual and marks on the machine ... I wish I had read these reviews, I was promised a Toyota Superjeans machine in 5 days,It was then to be here the next week and the next week. They then said that the suppliers were having difficulty and doing a stock take! As with the previous reviewer, I'm about to report them to Trading Standards. I've had three different stories from three different staff (when you can eventually get hold of them!),as to why, in the first instance, no delivery, and then why no refund! The excuse about "Streamline" not paying them so they can't refund customers is a gem. They even told me to go to my bank, explain what had happened and that my bank would give me cashback. Order placed on 20/4/14 for 7 haberdashery items. The order arrived in dribs and drabs and I'm still missing 3 items. I asked for a refund 4 weeks ago and still haven't got it. When I rang up to complain they said it isn't their problem with the refunds and it's "streamline" (online transaction refunds). Placed an order on 13th May and as at 7th July still waiting for a refund. Never answer emails and difficult to get hold of on the phone. Have been told it is a problem with their streamline company and basically will have to wait until their boss can settle dispute. After several days of research my wife decided a Horn Sewers Vision table was the best item for her new sewing room. Internet searches showed this shop offering the best deal, delivery about 2 weeks.
