Whatever you do, DO NOT take your beloved sewing machine to Sewing World in Winton, Bournemouth.

Nearly 4 months ago I took mine there to get fixed, and it was supposed to take 2 weeks. After 8 weeks of it not being fixed, I went and picked it up and took it to a trusted repairer. However, he can’t fix it because Sewing World took parts out of my machine which they didn’t need to take out, and now will not give back to me.

I’ve been getting the complete runaround the whole time, been lied to, been ignored, been treated like a fool and to be quite honest, I don’t know how they are still in business with their atrocious behaviour and lack of service.
