SEWING WORLD - Echoing everyone else's experience, just wish I'd known about this website before I ordered. Ordered on 23rd May. Chased them up when no delivery after 3 weeks - very rude employee who said the item wasn't in stock. I told her to cancel my order and refund me. No refund forthcoming. Chased by e-mail, no response. Rang and was told they were having trouble with getting e-mails! Was promised refund. Still not forthcoming, so contacted them again. They now (30th July) say that they are not being forwarded the payments from the company which operates their website payment service, so I should go into my bank, explain the situation and my bank will give me cashback. Never heard that one before and neither have my bank!!!! Have now put the payment into dispute to get it back, as luckily I paid by credit card. Different story every time makes one very suspicious as to exactly what is going on with this company!!!!!
