On the 29 April I placed an order with Sewing World for several items of haberdashery. Two-thirds of the items arrived in dribs and drabs over several weeks. I phoned twice asking when I would receive the outstanding item and each time there was an excuse and was told (rather tersely) that it would be sent as soon as they had it in stock. After another phone call I was promised a refund. This was on the 2 June. I have today phoned to ask where it is and was told that it was being held up by Streamline (the middle man between them and Paypal) and that Sewing World management were currently in a meeting trying to resolve the problem! I wish I had read the reviews before I had entered into any kind of business transaction with them. Will definitely not be recommending them or using them again.
