You don't even know what you're getting with these people. I ordered a helicopter and it eventually came but had a voltage socket different to the UK's. Was an embarrassment for my friend's son since it was a present and he couldn't even use it. They know they've got international customers yet they didn't even have the dignity to write what voltage the outlet is on the helicopter page. Stupid.

RC didn't even bother to help me and just to show you what kind of careless people work there, they kept referring to me as 'Sir' when my name is Rosie.

Careless, uninformative, not buying from them again.

Being a U.S. company all products we sell have or use the standard 110 voltage and outlet plugs. We are very sorry that you feel we didn't provide enough information on our website. We ship hundreds of international orders every month and in 10 years of business we've never encountered this problem before.
When you contacted us we advised you that the simplest and quickest resolution would be for you to purchase a standard converter and adapter in your country, thinking this is what other international customers do as well. Hopefully you were able to do this and enjoy the helicopter!
