“Shocking customer service ”

Would not touch this company. They refused to cancel order even after only having placed it 3 hours before (in the evening). Did not bother to respond to 3 emails and then charge me £4 for a 5 min call to the so called Customer Service Centre, possibly should be renamed to Customer DISSERVICE Centre would be more appropriate

“Do not use”

This is a terrible company in all aspects: delivery, communication...everything. Ordered a couple acrylic panels a mount a go and still not received, customer service not answering and been sending few emails and no reply to this. Is the worst possible service,

“nobody answer”

When I call customer service nobody answer and when I can speak with a manager they are never able to tell me when I will receive my delivery. for 2 weeks they played with me and tell me that the delivery is dispatched. I asked to be refunded but they tell me"UNFORTUNATELY WE CANNOT REFUND YOU BECAUSE THE SHIPPING IS APPROXIMATELY 3-5 DAYS BUT IN THE TERMS OF DELIVERY IT COULD TAKE 30 DAYS" I never saw this when I ordered or it was VERY HIDDEN. I paid almost 16 pounds for delivery and handling !!!!!!!!!! So I am supposed to be delivered on 17/05/2023!!! I HOPE SO !!!!!! NEVER ORDER WITH THIS COMPANY OR YOU WILL WAIT FOR AGES AND CAN'T GET A REFUND !!!!!

“very bad company ”

I ordered a plastic sheet for my balcony roof on 27/04/2023 and today it's 15/05/2023. When I call customer service nobody answer and when I can speak with a manager they are never able to tell me when I will receive my delivery. for 2 weeks they played with me and tell me that the delivery is dispatched. “First Class Service”

I ordered 3 different sized sheets of plastic, they arrived around a week after being ordered as stated. Unfortunately 2 pieces that were packaged together arrived damaged, I phoned and emailed to report this and received an email the same day saying the order had gone back into production and I would be updated when they were due for delivery again. They arrived in perfect condition 1 week later. I can't fault the service I received the lady who took my call was helpful and did exactly what she said she would. Thank you.

“Totally thrilled”

I am really surprised at the other reviews. I ordered two asymmetric quite small sheets of Perspex last week. They came yesterday despite our experiencing postal delays at the moment. I am absolutely thrilled with them they were exactly what I wanted. I wanted them as templates and they will save me a lot of time and effort. The cost was so reasonable I really thought the company would tell me it wasn’t worth their while cutting them for me , but, no, they came precisely to specification and in a very timely manner. I could not be more pleased.

“ABSOLUTE DISGRACE”

Ordered a sheet of plastic for my disabled sons hydro pool and did not turn up after his dad took the weekend off of work to put it on. Phoned to chase item to be told item out of stock but they failed to notify me. She then said she would refund me the thirty five pounds delivery charge and didnt and allowed me to choose another option which I did and was told would be out for delivery in three working days. Did it show.....NO. Chased again. Was supposed to arrive tonight and didn't. This company know what this Paris sheet is for. A disabled child. I am going to press, national. Utter pieces of dirt.

Avoid avoid avoid! save yourself the bother and find one of the many other companies that offer the same service. Terrible service. I made a simple accident when ordering, I contacted them within 10mins. They took 48hours to read my message and then refused to change the order and will not refund. They just send you pre written responses.

“NEVER USE THIS COMPANY POOR SERVICE AND INCORRECT ORDER ”

On the 1st August 2020, I went online and purchased 3mm Clear Polycarbonate Sheets which cost me £702.65. My order went through fine and they received their money in FULL. I then await my order to be delivered. They deliver the order but it is NOT the whole order. My builder arrives to open the very large consignment which was wrapped only to discover they did not put in all the plastics. I then phone the customer service line, which takes forever to get through. Finally after 20 minutes of holding I place the call on loudspeaker and explain what the builder has just discovered about the error in order, whilst the builder is standing there. it is now a further 6 weeks and they have still not corrected the order and I am having to phone them each and every time, with the same excuse that your order is on its way. This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with and warn the public NOT to use them and be aware of the SHOCKING ATTITUDE AND SERVICE. Basically they DO NOT deliver any form of Customer service. I had to pay the builder his fees as he estimated a 3 day job which only took him a day to do the work of plastics that he had. If you go onto the website they will gladly take your money but under deliver. If you do not have the stock then don't promote it online.  All they do is blame a "warehouse error"

“Appalling company - uncontactable and false promises”

Absolutely appalled by this company. Ordered some plastic sheets for screens at our GP Surgery on the 2nd June. Was grateful to read that Plastic Sheets were prioritising NHS and business orders, and received an email to say that the delivery was an estimated 3-7 working day service. Once this estimation had been reached I chased and spoke to a member of staff over the phone on Thursday (11/06) and explained the situation. The staff member said that she spoke to her manager who said that 5mm plastic was out of stock but if they could use 4mm they could expedite the order. I said that was fine but that I am yet to receive confirmation that it has been sent. I then left it until the 16th to chase AGAIN and spoke to someone who said that they would phone the warehouse immediately and send an email with an update. Myself and my practice manager have now chased numerous times by email and phone. They do not let you escalate to management and they also ignore your emails/send automated responses. We are YET to receive our order or even an explanation for the delay and are in desperate need as we are open to the public.

Stay away from this company. I placed an order exactly 1 month ago and have had nothing from them at all. I don't even get a response when contacting them. Luckily I paid using PayPal and they gave me a full refund - mainly due to the fact that they did not even respond to PayPal either! I also reported them to Trading Standards.

“Avoid like the plague”

I have just sent this to their company director, I think it explains why to avoid this company at all costs: - FTAO  Company Director Wanna Limited Dear Mr xxx, I feel that I must contact you about the service I have received from your company. I ordered some items on the 5th April 2019, when I called towards the end of last week, I was advised that I would receive them on Monday 15th May, Monday came and went and no delivery. I attempted many times to call on Monday after waiting over 30 minutes for the phone to be answered and finally managed to get hold of a a lady in your customer service, who apologised profusely and said I would receive the items on Wednesday and that I would receive an email at about 16:00 to confirm, no email arrived or any communication either. I tried to communicate via your Facebook page, guess what…no answer. On Tuesday I called as the system was saying that my order was still in progress and I spoke to someone with a Spanish Accent who said he would get someone from Customer service to call, guess what, no one did. On Wednesday Morning I tried to call and gave up, as there were no answers, no one answers your online chat either, In the afternoon I finally got hold of one of your sales girls, I think her name was Clair but can’t be sure, and she said that she would chase and make sure the order went out, she repeated about the email at 16:00, when I mentioned about how bad it is to get through to your company, she acknowledged and said she was supposed to be keeping an eye on the on line chat but had been too busy to answer. So guess what still no email. So I called early this morning and got through to a man in your sales department, who confirmed that my order had still not gone out and would not be going out until after the Easter period, so your 3-5 working day for despatch which you plaster all over your website is inaccurate, it appears that the man in your Sales Department feels it won’t be leaving until Tuesday at the earliest now, over 2 weeks since I placed the order! When I questioned this with him, he said well our terms and conditions do say up to 30 days for despatch and that I clicked the box to say I agree! Well why would I check that when your web page says 3-5 days!!! Your companies approach is disgusting, your customer service is appalling, your telephone and online chat system is a joke, what sort of company are your running where you have to persuade people into placing an order but you have no intention of ever satisfying a client. Please would you respond and advise when am I going to get my order!

“AVOID”

DAMAGED GOODS, VERY LATE, NON EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. AVOID AVOID AVOID. This has been the worst experience I've ever had as a customer. The order was very late and no one picks up the customer services line so I was left thinking the company doesn't actually exist. Finally got through- told a different story about my order every time. Eventually it was sent out with a mistake in the address so I had to trek out and pick it up myself from parcelforce. Then the cherry on top- the perspex has great scratches all across it

“dreadful service”

late incomplete delivery called a number of times to receive the rest of the delivery (fittings missing ) ordered 4 packs then after 2 weeks received 1 pack called for a refund as couldn't wait any longer. still waiting, paid though pay pal now had to contact them to sort out .I see they don,t do pay pal any more so here,s hoping they sort my refund defiantly would not recommend them

I too wish I had read the reviews before ordering. I saw trustpilot and thought that meant they would be honest and reliable, seriously doubting that now. Phone rings for ages often not answered. When they do answer they promise but so far don’t deliver. When I asked to cancel my order and get my money back if they weren’t sending I was transferred to customer service and... you guessed it, no one answered! Totally exasperating, suggest you do not buy from this company.

“Simply the Best”

Have ordered twice off this company now. The first time was to order splash backs for between my kitchen units, the second was to order a large sheet for under my kitchen island and two smaller bits for a boiler cover. Each time i placed an order it could not have been easier. Based on the measurements I presented, I received an instant quote. Once was happy with my order I placed it using PayPal as my preferred payment method, although others are also available. Within the week my orders arrived and I am happy to say look fantastic.

“Next Stop, Trading Standards”

Sent diagram of template with exact measurements to Plastic Sheets - Price was quoted for a specific cut with 3-7 day turn around - Sent actual template via next day courier - Waited 8 days, heard nothing so made contact - Was told the Template was didn't arrive - I checked online tracking and told them the name who signed for the template - Template was then found - Waited two more days and was informed the price has doubled - After dispute, they agreed to do the work for the same price - Waited another 2 weeks and still nothing - Made contact again - Promised a phone call back, nothing - Waited another two days and made contact again - Was told the cutting machine had broken so either wait longer or take refund - Refund accepted and not yet received. In summary, the worst customer experience I have ever received, project delayed, window still boarded up - my advice, use someone else. Trading standards will be contacted if refund is not processed.

“Very poor service and fail to deliver on time”

I have used this company twice. Both times they have failed to deliver the goods on time. The goods were fine when they finally arrived with order number 1 and stupidly I thought I would give them a second chance. When the goods had not arrived by their latest delivery date. (promised for day 6 to 9 after delivery placed) I contacted them and they said they would "chase" it up. No appology. It is now day 14 and still no sign of goods.
