“Does not honor their won terms and conditions with returns”

This trader acts illegally with regard to honoring their own terms and conditions with the return of goods. Their terms clearly stated they would arrange collection of damaged items. I had a damaged item. Their email kept saying they would get round to it. Then they flatly refused to do as they contracted to do. They even went to extent of changing their online terms and conditions to pretend they never even said this. I had to get a refund for the product from Paypal. Their T&C's also said... (read more)
