Their fabric may be cheap but I would suggest you avoid this company like the plague. Placed an order and waited 10 days for delivery before contacting them. Asked for tracking info and kept being fobbed off. Finally given tracking info and the parcel was delivered next day. They had obviously only just posted it! To add insult to injury two items were missing and the owner is refusing to refund me unless I close the Paypal case. The worst customer service ever!

Items where shipped out on time we sent you the tracking number which proved it had been shipped as for the 2 missing items you had opened as case with PayPal which meant we couldn't refund you until the case had been closed which paypal closed in oh sew crafty favour I then went on and refunded you the 2 missing items straight away which you seem to have failed to mention on this review

This is a typical response from the owner of this company. The tracking number proved that the items were actually sent out TEN DAYS after you claimed to have sent them out! Liars always get caught out! And there was no way I would have closed the Paypal case until I received either the goods paid for or a refund.

Also, you should not have sent out the package with two missing items and no explanation! I had to ask several times for the refund for the missing items before I actually got it.

As I said previously AVOID THIS COMPANY!
