Ordered my Nitro monster truck in April last year and within 20 minutes it stopped working. After endless emails I sent the truck back AT MY COST in October 2014......it is now February 11th and I still haven't got it back.
After sales is non existent and they are unwilling to help when you do finally get to speak to someone.Oh, the reason I haven't got it back is because they have lost my paperwork.....typical !!
This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with and they should be investigated and stopped. I am in the process of taking legal action and would be very interested to hear from other fed up customers and their experience with this sham of a company. Please email me.
I do not want this company to treat others as I have been treated.

I hear you bro, i have had a support ticket in for last 2 months. Awful customer services. truly the worst company ever.

Completely agree with every single word! Still waiting for refund 1 month after returned the item. A bunch of clowns, needs to be shut down!
