I have used this company for a number of years and always received excellent items which I use in my own shop. They always arrive carefully packaged and shipped quickly to me. In my last order  I bought some more purple crystal pendants (ZIRC-F089-02P-B) which I have been selling well on my own on-line shop after I put them on a chain (bought from PandaHall and associate company) and put inside a small gift box. They have a very helpful customer service if you need any help. I recommend this company to everyone.

I placed a time sensitive order for feather charms for a ceremony. My order cost $22.00 and to have them shipped in 5 days was a further $27.00. Then another $30.00 to their agent in Canada. I paid $79.00 for alloy feather charms 2 1/2" long. That is $57.00 in extra charges on $22.00 of product. NBeads was unwilling to accept responsibility for the product arriving 2 weeks late and offered me a $5.00 off coupon on my next order over $50.00! I feel that my $27.00 speedy delivery charge should be returned as they were 2 weeks late. On top of that I was charged $30.00 by DHL in duty and processing. Why is the duty $5.00 more than the cost of the product?????? Strongly suggest you buy you items elsewhere. 

It's the first time I buy jewelry beads from online site nbeads.com Frankly, I was doubtful, however, when I received my goods, I'm happy. Though the order was not large, but I needed the beads eagerly. Thanks god, they came timely. Besides, the colors, styles and sizes all are perfect. Pleasant experience!!! Thanks
