Not only did they process my order immediately. But when they realized that I had not received a discount I was supposed to get (which I missed), they wrote me right away and made sure my order had the discount taken off -- which by the way was just about $10! The order arrived in 2 business days from shipping which was nearly a week ahead of what I expected, and I was made aware of its progress throughout.
My shipping also had been upgraded for speed. My daughter also buys things from Motts and is also very satisfied with them.
