Frustrating enough to be waiting and waiting for an item. More frustrating yet not to have any way to contact
a live person . . . . emails are returned by an automated system which scolds customers for not abiding by the
terms of service. (Yes, terms of service are posted and we check the box, but for the most part, we assume that
we will receive our order on time, or be 'allowed' to inquire as to its whereabouts before two weeks has passed). I would NEVER order from these people again. If you are counting on ordering something for your children, count
on them being disappointed with the long wait and with being frustrated trying to get any help.

Our web site clearly states that we do not have an automated email system capable of sending out automated messages. This customer must have us confused with some other company. Customer has falsely claimed that delivery is still pending, nothing could be further from the truth. The customer has received emails from their carrier notifying them of delivery.

Nonenone's response to this and other reviewers complaints are an example of the way they handle complaints - completely impersonal, bizzare, and rude.
