still waiting for my order. 12 days later and i still haven't received it in the mail. then was sassed by cs that said i didn't pay for tracking and i should have read the terms better. did not see that. still no excuse for something not coming when it should have only taken 4 days or 5 at the most to get here. when you ask a question you just get an automated answer. shield themselves pretty well from the customer. got an afterhour auto response at 3 in the afternoon cst. tell people up front about delays, do not hide it in the "terms'. SAYS I HAVE TO WAIT TO WEEKS TO FIND OUT IF IT HAS EVEN SHIPPED. CAN THEY NOT JUST PULL IT UP AND LOOK TO SEE. NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY!!!

The customer chose an economy (slow) shipping method and as part of the economy price the customer was aware that they were not paying for nor would receive a tracking number. The customer improperly asked for tracking information and was reminded that they did not contract for package tracking.
