Though my order was a little late, this was apparently caused by a delay in the items I had ordered reaching Motts from the suppliers. Motts kept me up-to-date and explained the problem and were courteous and direct in explaining to me what they were doing about obtaining my items and getting them to me as soon as possible. I was totally delighted with my goods when they arrived and the quality was definitely worth wating for. The packing was of excellent quality and everything arrived safely and in perfect order. I have dealt with Motts on other occasions and this one was no different, offering me excellent choice, service and delivery. Thanks Motts!
