I recently ordered dollhouse miniature wallpaper and flooring. I opted for standard shipping since I was not in a rush as the dollhouse build had just been started. However, I received my order within two days of ordering. That is unbelievable!!. I had expected a 7 to 9 day wait. I rechecked my emails and determined that Motts had processed and shipped my order the same day it was ordered and gave me a free upgrade to first class shipping. Of course fast delivery means nothing if the products received are damaged. Here again, I was completely satisfied. The wallpaper and flooring were in perfect order, with no torn corners or folded sheets. There are a lot of companies selling dollhouse miniatures but none have provided me with this level of customer service. I will certainly order again from Motts.
