having pre-ordered a Minichamps Series 1 Land Rover for my sons 16th Birthday which was today (27th April) I hid the model away until this morning, carefully wrapped it and presented it to him as he awoke. Upon opening the model, we were both somewhat surprised to find that the side of the windscreen was still in clear plastic. IE the factory had only sprayed the front of the windscreen silver, not the sides, also the off-side front wheel is so loose its in danger of falling off. So for the price, it really doesnt match the quality you would expect of a model costing the best part of £100.
