I've never had such a nice experience with online shopping! Luxury Yarns was quick to send my silk yarn with a lovely little gift :) sadly the colour wasn't quite what I'd wanted and she changed it for me no hassle at all. Bought their Tesoro cashmere and it's wonderful, super soft and great to knit with. Customer service is fab, came really quickly and packaging is great with a little present inside and sachet of washing liquid just for this sort of wool. Looking forward to my next present for me. (read more)
