I placed an order back on Dec 13th for a Xmas gift. Your company had no problem immediatley charging me for the order. But still has not shipped?? It is now Dec 23rd. With no updates whatsoever of the staus?? This is unacceptable given the advance time of purchase. A first time & Extremely Unhappy customer...who will surely not return for future business.

I am posting a follow-up to the previous post. Our shipment was just recvd late today. This afternoon, the details around the tracking of our order said it would ship in two-three days. A mix-up on the system I guess. My apologizes.
