Received Hercules 3.5 ch helicopter. Spent 6+ hours charging. Wouldn't charge. Sent report to them and response was would get back to me in 5 business days. That was up today, nothing. Sent another email and again said would get back to me in 5 business days. Told them I will be gone for. 2 months by then. Terrible customer service. No phone number to expedite things. Won't buy from them again nor will my friends. Looks like a fun helicopter, however wont fly.
