I placed my order and paid in full via online, received my confirmation email. In detail I paid 8.34 dollars for shpping- deal was done. Two days later I received a phone call from their office and she stated that they "made a mistake" and that an additional 40.00 dollars was needed for shipping! I was very surprised and not pleased to say the least...I emailed the company my complaint and of course they never replied or apolozed! Poor customer servive. The order was December 1st and today is December 11th and I still have NOT received my order. Shame on you Hobbytron!
