“Rip-off!! Beware!!”

Ordered RC helicopter for grandson. He opened it on Christmas, charged it up, played with it no more than 5 mins before pwr was gone. Recharged it and it never ran again. I feel like this company has very poor customer service. After numerous attempts to contact them thru email and chat, I finally got in touch with them. I was told that if the product worked upon arrival, it was not returnable!! It worked five minutes!!!! I feel like this is a rip-off!! I was willing to pay to return the product for a replacment, but that is NOT THEIR POLICY!!
