After being charged £4 for an item that was in the clearance at 50p. I was given back £2. Very very difficult for the two sales assistants behind the counter to understand was wrong! After a long drawn out episode and being asked sarcastically if I 'was happy now?' I left with my £4. Dreadful customer service.

I have recently checked my receipt from the Northampton store and it appears as though I have been charged more than the advertised price on several items.
