Have ordered a wide range of tools and materials from Cooksons, all delivered in a timely fashion. Standard and equality of materials is always as described. Any queries have been answered by knowledgeable staff in a helpful and friendly manner.
I order for both myself and an educational establishment that I work for and have used Cooksons for many years, no matter how small or large the amount of money spent the orders are always treated in the same manner.
The only negative point would be the fact that you add vat to the postage and feel that this is an area that you could look into improving.
I would also like to see more gems stones and freshwater pearls these are an important part of my creative process and often difficult to source, with some poor quality, I believe that this is an area that you could develop.
Your range of findings are great, providing a level of quality and prices accordingly.
Would you consider visiting universities and colleges that deliver Jewellery courses to promote your goods, selling a sample on the day ?
