At every step of the way I was informed of the progress of my delivery. I have always disliked postage and packaging charges but this service was worth every penny and other companies should take note! I liked the fact my order was acknowledged very quickly and that I was told when the order was dispatched. Not only that but I loved the fact that I was asked when it was convenient for me. They told me the day and if I would be about to sign for the package, which is fab because its a pain when you pop out for 5mins and you come back to a 'sorry we missed you' letter. Also when I confirmed the day I was home the time of delivery was given, so I dont waste my day hovering by the windows looking for the delivery van and I even knew the nice man's name who would be driving the van. The product I bought was well described and exactly what I expected. I have never had service like this before, very very impressed and would defiantly use again!! A little care and attention goes a long way. Thank you ArtStore!!!
