Ordering was easy on a Saturday, but checking on the order was very difficult. No one answers the phone, only a web chat. However I did get an assurance that the product would be dispatched on Thursday. I checked in the evening and FedEx had collected the package from Los Angeles. I tracked it all the way here, it was detailed to arrive the following Monday at 12 noon. It arrived at 10 am. All was correct. After Placing my order for Adobe Illustrator they took my money and the item was NOT in stock they do NOT answer e-mails you canot phone them you have to use stupid online chat. they should NOT take your money until goods are instock as I was complaining they said out of stock yet there web sight showed 35 in stock. Extremely slow delivery. Promised 2-3 days at checkout. Packages arrived 10 days after the purchase! As result I missed AutoCAD LT rebate offer. This worth me over £2000. I've tried to contact iSoftware through all possible ways: leaving messages on their answer phone, email them etc. Mo response whatsoever. They just ignore their customers. I did eventually get an email back explaining the procedure and how things were going to work, some one on the other end of the phone to tell me all was ok would have saved me getting the paper bag out :) Although the website is easy to use, there could be a little more info in term of how the products are shipped.
