I always buy my technical goods from Ebuyer. I have to say Ebuyer provide wonderful customer experiences.
Sadly due Parcel Force sending my package to the wrong deport I won't be receiving my parcel today (I paid extra for next day delivery).
I contacted Ebuyer to make them aware of the unfortunate situation and they refunded my postage. The person I dealt with is very professional and helped out straight away.
Now if that isn't great customer service I don't know what is.
