To start with, I made 5 calls to trace the products I had purchase a month ago. Two to your Company. Three to Post Office and parcel force which took me back to your company where I finally found a member of staff who was willing to help me and saved me the trouble of going back on the route I had already been down. the items were delivered very promptly having been traced by this partiular member of staff. The overall problem with the items we were tracing was no Consignment /tracking number.
Apart from that hiccup the service we received when purchasing all our items was impressive.
